Our Real estate purchasing experience with Renata Menendez
My wife and I started looking at homes in Florida in late February. We signed up on a website so we could see homes in Cape Coral. Renata immediately reached out to us offering her expertise and experience on homes in the area. She asked us about our preferences and set us up a portal to show us only the homes that met our criteria. When we had questions, she did whatever was needed to answer them professionally and correctly. We flew to the Cape in mid March and she showed us multiple homes and offered her critique when asked. After flying home the whole Covid 19 pandemic hit and we had to put everything on hold. During this mess she and her team even did a facetime walk through on a prospect that we liked but many things were pointed out that were red flags on this home. She remained neutral however she did bring awareness….very important! She never bothered or pressured us during the shutdown of the country, but she was always there to answer any questions. We wound up flying down again and visiting many homes over a two day period where I am happy to say we purchased a home with her help. I believe what made her stand out is she took it personally almost as though we were family. Her critique on resale as well as knowing the city very well gave us the feeling that we made a great purchase. My wife Renee and I would highly recommend Renata and her team to anyone buying a property in Cape Coral.
